Englemere is the perfect venue for business. Whether you're planning a large conference, company away day or small meeting away from the office, the Englemere Day Delegate Package has been designed to include all the essentials you'll need.
All 8 meeting rooms at Englemere have natural daylight and black out blinds; between them they will accommodate from 6 to 100 delegates seated or 225 delegates standing, depending on the layout of your event. On the ground floor there is access to our terraced area and gardens which can be used for coffee breaks or lunches in the summer months.
The Englemere Day Delegate Package includes all of the following:
- Main meeting room suitable for and set to your requirements
- Arrival tea, coffee and biscuits
- Mid morning tea, coffee and biscuits
- Choice of two course seated lunch or Silver buffet menu served with tea and coffee
- Separate room for lunch and refreshments (subject to availability)
- Wi-Fi access for all delegates throughout the day (09:00-17:00)
- Delegate pencils and paper
- Mints, sweets and bottled mineral water
- Flipchart and pens
- LCD projector and screen
- Afternoon serving of tea, coffee and biscuits with a basket of mini chocolate bars
- On site technical support available to assist with AV requirements on equipment supplied by Englemere
